January Prayer Letter

“This is spiritual food like we have never had before,” one of the Lahu preachers said.

Continue to pray for these men as they go back into the mountains to preach. Eighteen of them are pastors. Some are

We continue to visit the mountain village churches and preach, followed by “doing medicine.” Do pray for them.

But they aren’t the only ones. The churches are continually begging us to help their teenagers as from about 14 years old, they are without educational opportunities and have to work in the fields, get married, etc. It is such a burden of ours for Susan to be able to expand this aspect of ministry to other mountain children in the future. But again, we need property for that – a place where I could train the preachers and she and others could give the children a Christian education. Right now there is a wide open door with the Thai government for us to do this.

Please pray for more laborers!

We have had several substantial offerings given toward property, but we still have a long way to go. Property here is as expensive as it is in the U.S., or even more so. It’s a comfort to know that where God leads, He always provides. We thank Him for using you. Thank you again!
